ASE Training Development
ASE's philosophy is to train employees to be the most professional in their fields. Based on this philosophy, we offer continuous training to cultivate high quality human resources and to strengthen organizational capabilities. It is ASE's development strategy to win by increasing the gap between ASE and its competitors. As this is also the objective of the ASE training department, ASE's training development system has been set up.
